Terms of Service for Certi Rally

Welcome to Certi Rally, a certification preparation and competency training hub located at Kuwait Towers, Arabian Gulf Street, Sharq, Kuwait City 13101, Kuwait. By accessing our website at certirally.info and using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Certi Rally provides live or pre-recorded guidance sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching aimed at enhancing your skills for professional certificates. Our services may be scheduled individually or in groups.

1.1 Scheduling and Changes: You may request to reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the start time by contacting us at +96591591110 or via our contact page. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

1.2 Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel at least 72 hours before the session date, you are eligible for a full refund. If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the session, a partial refund equal to 50% of the fee will be processed. No refunds are offered for cancellations on or after the session date. Refunds are processed via the payment method originally used within 7 to 14 business days.

2. Info Products

We offer digital study materials, such as e-books, video courses, and practice tests delivered electronically.

2.1 Delivery and Access: Access to digital materials is granted immediately upon purchase. You are responsible for maintaining access credentials and connectivity.

2.2 Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the content. Once access exceeds this threshold, all sales are final and no credit or reimbursement will be provided.

2.3 Transfer: Digital materials may not be transferred to another individual or entity.

3. Physical Goods

Occasionally, Certi Rally may offer physical items such as printed workbooks or merchandise.

3.1 Shipping: We ship to addresses worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless due to our error.

3.2 interactions and Send Back: You have 30 days from delivery to request an interaction or to send back items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for sending back items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. interactions will be processed upon receipt of the items delivered back to our facility.

5. No Refund Policy for Specific Offerings

Certain limited enrollment intensives and exam simulation events are sold on a no refund, no reschedule basis due to finite resources and scheduling constraints. Such offerings will be clearly marked before purchase. By registering for these events, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
